Objective:

To impart crucial knowledge required by a SAP Security Consultant in the field  of SAP authorization, technical auditing, and setting up of various security  features in the SAP systems (e.g. Encryption, single sign on, trusted  relationships…etc.)

   SAP R/3 Authorization Concept

   Raise awareness for security topics

   Improve security in a mySAP.com environment

   Identify and protect sensitive data and mechanisms in productive SAP solutions

   Use the Central User Administration (CUA) tool

   Use the SAP Audit Information System to conduct a thorough security audit

   Configure important security monitoring and tracing mechanisms

   Configure customer - specific, security-enhanced roles and authorization profiles

   Secure change management mechanisms in productive system landscapes

   Secure system administration tools against misuse

Certification:

Leading to the status of “Certified SAP Security Consultant” is a 3 hours test which consists of 80 Multiple-Choice-Questions. With an expected passing score of 70%, the test is conducted at the end of course WSGTAS.

Prerequisites:

   Good knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP Web Application Server

   Good knowledge of at least one SAP R/3 application
