navigate and personalize the SAP NetWeaver Portal and understand the
different SAP tools and approaches of content development. SAP NetWeaver
Visual Composer and Development Studio will be introduced, and students
can undergo the development of portal applications, build and integrate
WebDynpro applications into the SAP NetWeaver Portal. At the end of this

>>
BC400 - ABAP Workbench Foundations |
|
|
|
This course is
the gateway, the essential prerequisite that provides the knowledge
required to focus on the essentials for all subsequent more in-depth ABAP
Workbench programming courses. Project team members and programmers who
attend this course will be able to start implementing what they have
learnt with the practical application examples provided, thus enabling
them to create high-performance business applications rapidly.
Project
managers, developers & consultants will be able to understand the
basic concepts of the ABAP programming language and use the ABAP
workbench tools efficiently after this 5 days course, which also covers
writing of ABAP programs and Repository objects. They will also be able
to implement different types of user dialogs and, program read accesses
to the database and define elementary and structured data objects. They
will also be given an overview of various options available for
customizing software. Having undergone
SAPTEC
- Fundamentals of SAP Web AS course will aid in the learning of
BC400
course.

BC401 - ABAP Objects |
|
|
|
With understanding of the above BC400
- ABAP Workbench Foundations course, project managers, developers and
consultants can learn more comprehensive and detailed concepts of
programming techniques and the associated syntax of the ABAP Objects language
to develop business applications. The first part of the course introduces
the procedural parts of ABAP Objects, followed by the second part which
provides a step-by-step, extensive introduction to object-oriented
development in ABAP Objects. The third part consists of programming
techniques that partially uses object-oriented elements of ABAP Objects,
but can also be used in procedural contexts. After this 5 days course,
they can thus apply the knowledge and skills gained for all solutions
that were developed with ABAP Objects, not just for developing within SAP
ERP, as the SAP technology component SAP Web Application Server is
embedded into the SAP NetWeaver Solution. |

TRAINING EXPERIENCE WITH EIS
|
|
|
|
After completing BC401 course in EIS,
concepts of Object Oriented Approach are much clearer. Demystification of
ABAP Objects helps to overcome the fear of focusing on new approaches in
ABAP programming and its benefits.
The training itself was very enjoyable and excellent
examples & demonstrations are a big help in understanding this course
materials.
Depth of knowledge of the EIS instructor and his enthusiasm to explain and share his knowledge with the
students are positive characteristics.
I recommend EIS and their SAP courses to anyone (especially Europeans) because of the
reasonable prices and excellence

I have attended the Basis Academy
with EIS. I
learned a lot more than what was covered on the training materials. We shared
our experience and from there, learned a lot more on what we can apply in
our work. I highly appreciate the efforts and dedication of the EIS instructor during the training. He has given us a
lot of information and examples to ease the material for us and that made
training at EIS unforgettable. |

I have attended 3
courses (BC400, BC405, BC410) now at EIS
and to be
honest, without them I could not be a productive member of Air New
Zealand's ABAP team. I found the courses well-structured and adequately
covered. The EIS
instructor has a great depth of
knowledge and is always more than happy to share. His 'real-world'
experience is very relevant to what was taught, and helps my learning
immensely. All in all, I highly recommend EIS
as
a SAP training institute and look forward to my return. |
