  • Overview of SAP Records Management

    - Basic settings, registry maintenance, Customizing, creating and modifying content models and record models
  • Project enhancements
    - Enhancements with
    SAP Business Workflow and ArchiveLink
    - Optional enhancements using business objects, BAPIs, and BAdIs
    - Enhancements to the service provider framework

  • The course covers the basics of records management and case management. Applications that use records management functions (such as SAP for Public Sector) provide further training courses targeting that specific application.
